My journey to becoming a healer has been anything but straightforward. Like many, I faced numerous challenges and hardships, each teaching me valuable lessons about resilience and self-compassion. I used to be the ultimate fixer, always ready to help others while neglecting my own needs. This approach eventually led to burnout and a deep sense of disconnection. It was a tough place to be, but it a

lso became the turning point for my healing journey. In 2019, I decided to take a courageous step towards change. I booked an appointment with a practitioner, feeling both fearful and hopeful. That session was transformative, offering me a glimpse of relief and a path forward. For the first time in years, I felt like I could truly breathe again. Through embracing vulnerability, I discovered true strength and began my healing process. It wasn’t easy, but it was profoundly rewarding. Over the years, I’ve learned to be my own healer and safe witness, nurturing myself with compassion and love. Now, I’m here to support you on your healing journey. You have the power to heal yourself, to be your own safe witness, and to embrace the love within. It starts with a single step and a willingness to open up to the possibilities of healing.
