Look, we wanted to see you just as badly as you wanted to be here. So...friendly reminder that studio doors lock before class starts. That means try to arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled in and actually make it onto your mat. K?

We asked Chanelle a few questions so you could get to know the energy behind the smile:

Advice for new students?
“Grab your water and workout clothes and come in! You don’t need a fancy set or mat to get started. All you really need is a smile, an open mind, and a willingness to try something new.”

Biggest thing she’s overcome in practice?
“The quiet used to be hard for me. Sitting with my thoughts felt uncomfortable at first. Now I love the stillness because it helps me feel fully present.”

What does Firehouse mean to her?
“A place where I can fully be myself. I love turning my brain off for an hour, moving my body, and when I teach, getting to hype people up and help them build confidence every time they walk in.” 🔥

Fun fact:
She used to be an Au Pair and traveled all through Australia + Asia 🌏
