One of the most important things you can do as a sensitive person is learn your own energetic baseline before walking into a room.
How do you feel before you arrive?
What emotions are actually yours?
What shifts once you’re around other people?
The faster you become aware of energetic changes happening in your body, mood, thoughts, or nervous system… the faster you can reset instead of unconsciously carrying what isn’t yours.
Sometimes all it takes is 2 minutes alone in a bathroom mirror:
breathing
checking in
releasing
coming back to yourself
