The Health Care Agency is a comprehensive, high-quality, integrated, and most importantly inclusive system with some of the best medical professionals in the nation. HCA is comprised of five departments, two Acute Care Hospitals, Ambulatory Care Clinic System, Behavioral Health Department, Public Health Department, and the Ventura County Health Care Plan. The Ventura County Medical System is an in

tegrated health care network comprised of two hospitals: Ventura County Medical Center (180 beds) and a rural hospital, 49-bed Santa Paula Hospital. Our clinic system includes 35 clinics, 20 primary care clinics (18 Nationally Recognized Federally Qualified Health Care Centers), 6 specialty care clinics, and 7 urgent care centers. VCMC boasts the #1 Family Medicine Program in the country, is the only Level II Trauma Center in the county, and operates the only PICU in the county. If you or a loved one are expecting, Santa Paula hospital is home to an exceptional Midwife program, and offers scenic mountain views from the windows of its delivery rooms. Danielle Gabele, DNP, RN has been appointed the CEO of Ventura County Medical Center and Santa Paula Hospital (VCMC/SPH). Gabele has served as the Chief Nurse Executive for VCMC & SPH. Prior to her role as Chief Nurse Executive for VCMC/SPH, Gable served as the Chief Nursing Officer for Cedars Sinai Marina del Rey Hospital.

Danielle Gabele, DNP, RN, ha sido nombrada directora ejecutiva Ventura County Medical Center (VCMC por sus siglas en ingles) y del Hospital de Santa Paula.
