Wellness is more than simply getting through the day. It is the intentional practice of caring for your whole self… mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, socially, environmentally, intellectually, occupationally, and financially.

Each area of wellness influences the others. When one area is neglected, it can affect your overall sense of balance, energy, and wellbeing.
