So many fun, healing, and helpful demonstrations for our community! Yoga Jones instructors are giving a sneak peak into The Safe Space @ Yoga Jones - where we have yoga but with a twist!

Fly with for aerial yoga 5-8pm

Learn helpful stretches for skaters and practice some tricks with Leigha 7-8pm

We also have local businesses coming into to help!

Test your your muscles with 2-5pm
&
Stretch it out with all day! 2-8pm
