Last night’s dinner was a flavor explosion! Lamb chops, Brussels sprouts, Texas caviar, and fresh guacamole…bringing Mexican and Middle Eastern flavors together. I finished it with a drizzle of Texas hot honey and sliced Serrano peppers for the perfect sweet heat. Healthy, bold, spicy, sweet, and packed with that irresistible umami bite.
