I’m Alicen 🤍
I’m an intuitive body and energy practitioner and I help others reconnect to their bodies, their intuition, and their truth through Reiki, Foot Zoning, Access Bars, Craniosacral, and energy work.

I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and valued. There’s something so powerful about watching someone finally exhale and feel like themselves again. 🤍

I love traveling, sunsets and sunrises, friendship, flowers, a good song, deep conversations, walks on the beach, and finding beauty everywhere I go. And if you ever hear my playlist… you’d probably wonder if I’m on the worship team, living my best life in the 90s, going through an emotional healing era, or secretly 80 years old. Honestly, it depends on the moment. 😉

Fun fact: I’m currently in a season of learning (yes, I’m currently taking 4 new courses), connecting, and building community with other women while also learning to slow down and protect my own peace too. Also… I fully believe laughter, sunrises, comfy blankets, energy work, and love can solve at least 87% of life’s problems. 😉

I've dove into craniosacral sessions this month… and I have to say, I’m loving it 🤍

Watching the body soften, unwind, and release what it’s been holding for so long has been incredible. The results people are experiencing are a beautiful reminder of just how wise and capable the body truly is. When we give it the space, it knows exactly what to do… releasing pain, tension, stress, and even patterns we’ve carried for years.

❓Have you ever noticed how your body tries to talk to you??

👣Your body: “Hey… I’m a little stressed."
You: drink coffee for energy ☕, push through the task list, eat the extra sugar for a boost, or take a painkiller to alleviate the pain.
👣Your body: “Maybe some rest?”
You: scroll on your phone and get distracted, so you stay up an extra couple of hours later than planned
👣Your body: “Fine… I'll create more pain until you start paying attention.”

👣This is one of the reasons foot zoning is so fascinating.
Your feet hold a map of your entire body, and all its systems. During a Foot zone session, it can be like having a conversation between your body and mind.

🤍“Wow… I didn’t realize how tense I was.”
🤍“Why does that spot feel so sensitive?”
🤍“How did working my feet make my whole body relax?
Foot zoning helps you slow down long enough to actually hear what your body has been trying to say all along.
Tight spots can reflect areas of tension.
Sensitive reflexes can reveal where your body needs attention and support. And the deep relaxation helps your nervous system finally say… “Ahhh… thank you.” 🤍

It’s not just about feet and a nice foot rub. It’s about reconnecting with your body and tuning into what it needs, because sometimes the best self-awareness starts from the ground up. 😉
