Join us at Toivo for a Sound Bath Immersion that will take us on a meditative journey through the nature of body, mind, and spirit 🧘‍♂️

Giant gongs, soothing chimes, rhythmic drums, singing bowls and more will invite you to explore, release, reset 💫

In this time of great change in the world, everything can feel unstable, uncertain, even scary. It can be hard to feel like we can push through, it can be triggering, and we can easily feel lost and helpless. Many of us wish there was something we could do but just don't feel like anything is enough....but this is where we are wrong.

YOU, yes, YOU can make a difference in the world! All you have to do is be yourself. Your TRUE self. Because when you work on uncovering the beautiful, shiny gem that you are from all the dust and debris of the world, societal pressures, cultural norms, stereotypes, trauma and stress that bury it, there is a POWERFUL being inside! Doing your own healing work raises your vibration, improves how you are able to show up in the world, and thus allows for larger change to happen. Why? Because your vibration is felt by EVERYTHING around you. When you show up as your best self, others feel it on a magnetic, energetic level and this leads to a process called resonance where just from being around you they start to shift their energy and vibration--this leads to widescale shifts. When you heal yourself, you aren't just healing you-- you are healing your ancestral lines and DNA, your living family and friends, your community, and the very world around you!
