GT's Living Foods Family owned and operated since 1995, GT's proudly handcrafts small batches of raw Kombucha in Los Angeles, CA.

Our full family of fermented offerings are crafted to nourish a healthy system, enlighten the mind, and elevate the spirit. In 1995, at only 15 years old, GT Dave, Founder & CEO of GT’s Living Foods, began bottling his Kombucha in the kitchen of his parents’ Southern California home. Inspired by his mom, Laraine, GT wanted to share Kombucha in its true, unfiltered form so that everyone, everywhere

could enjoy its healthy and healing benefits. He had no business plan, just a personal passion and an earnest desire to share his offering with the world. For over 22 years, GT’s Kombucha has stayed true to the sacred brewing process of this ancient elixir. Using heirloom living probiotic cultures, we handcraft our Kombucha in the same small batches that GT first brewed back in his family kitchen, with lots of love, just as nature intended. Now, under the umbrella of GT’s Living Foods, we’ve expanded our offerings beyond Kombucha and are proud to say we remain a family owned and operated company – always cultured, never compromised.

HONEYCRISP APPLE CHAI 🍎🫖 the cozy chai moment your fall routine needed.

INGREDIENTS:
🧊 ice
🍎 8 oz HONEYCRISP APPLE SYNERGY
☕️ 1 tsp chai simple syrup

CHAI SIMPLE SYRUP:
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
2-3 star anise
2-3 cinnamon sticks
2 tsp ground allspice
1 ½ tsp fennel seeds
1 ½ tsp ground black pepper
2 slices fresh ginger

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. in a pan over medium heat, add all ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves.
2. remove from heat and strain into a jar. chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
3. pour 8 oz HONEYCRISP APPLE over ice and stir in 1 tsp syrup.

✨ sip, savor, and feel the warmth of fall in every pour 🪷

SPICED APPLE NEGRONI 🍎✨ a crisp, spiced sip made with HONEYCRISP APPLE, chai bitters + a little cinnamon. basically apple season over ice.

INGREDIENTS:
🍎 3 oz Honeycrisp Apple SYNERGY
🌿 1 oz Ghia Apéritif
✨ 1 oz Sanbittèr Apéritif
🤎 1 tsp chai bitters
🍂 1 tsp cinnamon
🍎 1 apple, thinly sliced
🧊 ice

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. stir everything together with ice until chilled.
2. pour over fresh ice + top with an extra splash of kombucha.
3. garnish with an apple slice + cinnamon.
