So incredibly humbled to have spent another year volunteering my time to pamper the resilient, selfless mothers of children with disabilities. 💕

This marks my third year being a part of this beautiful event, and every year it touches my heart in a new way. Wellness is about supporting the hearts of those who support others, and seeing these moms take a moment for themselves is a powerful reminder of why I do what I do.

Huge thank you to association for organizing such a meaningful day, and to .jpg for documenting these stories and highlighting the importance of community support.
