There’s something truly magical about Yoga in the Barn ✨
Each Sunday morning has brought together the most beautiful souls—new faces, familiar friends, and a community that just keeps growing.

It’s become our sacred weekly reset…
A moment to breathe deeply, ground fully, and begin again—surrounded by horses, nature, and kind-hearted humans.

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, it’s not too late.
There’s a spot for you here 🧘‍♀️💛

I’ve never been interested in doing dressage just for the ribbons.I’m here for the transformation. Transformation in our horses, & in ourselves.

The quiet strength that builds in a horse learning to use their body in balance. The softening that happens when connection is chosen over control. The confidence that returns to a horse that finally feels good in their body again.

Whether you’re starting a young horse, rehabbing from injury, or simply seeking a new way forward…Dressage done well can be part of their healing.

💫 Now welcoming training & rehabilitation clients to Indigo Trails Farm.If you’ve felt like your horse doesn’t fit the mold, maybe they’re meant to create a new one, and I'd love to help you and your horse create that together.

✨ Some horses come to us with stories that don’t fit.
They’re not the easy ones.
They’re not the ones who always got it right.

They’ve had setbacks. Been misunderstood. Maybe even forgotten.

But here, at Indigo Trails, we look beyond labels. We listen. We rebuild from the inside out—mind, body, and spirit.

Whether your horse is recovering from injury, unraveling years of compensation, or just needs a fresh start… this is where that new chapter begins.

🌿 Now accepting a limited number of training and rehabilitation horses. Let’s talk about what your horse needs to feel safe, sound, and seen.

There’s something about unrolling your mat in a quiet barn…
The scent of fresh air, the soft breath of horses nearby, the sun warming the wood floors.

Sunday mornings at Indigo have become a space to slow down, reconnect, and listen—
to your body, your breath, and the stillness that’s so easy to lose in a busy week.

Come as you are. No pressure. No expectations.
Just space to soften, and start again.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga in the Barn
Every Sunday morning at Indigo Trails
All levels welcome.

Training or Rehabilitation spots available at Indigo! If what we offer feels like it may be a fit for you, reach out to Caitlyn!

As head trainer at Indigo Trails, I’ve spent years refining a program that honors the whole horse—body, mind, and soul. Our commitment to thoughtful, ethical training has never wavered—but the vision continues to deepen.

I’m not just here to develop FEI athletes (though I love that part too).
I’m here for the horses who need us most.
The ones recovering from physical injury.
The ones whose bodies carry trauma.
The ones who’ve been labeled “difficult,” “broken,” or “done.”

This is a place for healing and rebuilding. For developing horses from the inside out. For rewriting stories that deserve a second chapter.

My work today bridges rehabilitation and performance, and it’s built on a foundation of nervous system support, postural development, and true connection. Whether you're pursuing high-level goals in Dressage or just hoping to help your horse feel better in their body again—you have a place here.

✨ I currently have limited openings for training and rehabilitation horses at Indigo Trails. If this message speaks to you—let’s connect.
