Does anyone’s hands look like this in the winter time?
My daughter & I have terrible cuts & rashes on our hands every year🙁 Our Fingers are cut open with the smallest splits in our skin which is so painful.
We have tried lotions, balms & even prescription creams to help, but nothing work.

Eating right before bedtime can:

Try giving your body at least 3 hours between your last meal and bedtime. Your digestion slows at night, so letting it rest helps you sleep better, wake up refreshed, and even support your heart.

I work long days, sometimes forget to eat (I never thought I'd say that!) so, eating late became a habit. I noticed how terrible I was feeling and adjusted my schedule, and I did notice a BIG change in how I felt.

Good morning!
How it started vs how it’s going👇🏻
I started using this hair oil last year, every 3-4 days when I washed my hair.
Now I use it once every 2 weeks.
I get my hair trimmed every 6 weeks- it’s stronger, longer & no more dry scalp!
I was scratching my scalp until it bleeds- since I can remember.
