I love splurging on myself for my birthday. As a mother, we devote our entire lives to our children. Our face tells a story of the decades that we’ve lived.

Regardless of the age spots, and dreaded wrinkles, I I’m so blessed to wake up another day for beautiful experiences in my life.

Today I treated myself to one of the best facials I’ve ever had. And you can too!

As I hop in this car this morning and head out into my day, I can’t help but to be thankful for this life that I get to live.

Alora is different. The people are different. The space is different. The techniques are different. And the way we use medicine is a little different. And we all know, I am a “little different” 🤣

I have spent 35 years in nursing, and I’ve never seen as much magic happen as I have in the past year.

I am so unbelievably honored to GET TO do this every day and be a small part of each of my Alora family’s stories.

Hey friends,

If you’ve been in the clinic and we have become besties you know my personal health journey is the foundation of everything we do over here from the trauma of losing my son, DV survivor and debilitating illness, that modern medicine could not solve the mystery, sprinkled with my absolute love of people and their personal life stories.

It took a lot more than a handful of prescriptions to get me to the amazing life I am enjoying today. Because of that, I want to give everything that was given to me and so much more.

Jodi and I whole heartedly believe the body keeps the score and the power of human touch as a healing modality.

We are so excited to be bringing this opportunity to Southern Indiana to empower people who have dreamed of a career in massage therapy, but also the first step in a huge dream of building a true wellness center that is focused on body, mind and spirit for our Alora family.

Classes are registering for our fall class which will need participants for practice massages! 😉

Thank you all who has been part of this thing called Alora, “my God given dream”!
