Story time😂 I am always encouraging my clients to be the best they can be. I took my own advice this year and tried to conquer a fear. I was able to climb the wall ladder but I got a little to confident and jumped down when I felt safe enough. Needless to say I landed wrong. It was confirmed that I have broken and injured a ligament in my ankle/heel area.
Would I make that choice again? Nope but I would climb again 😂 but I would remember to climb all the way back down.
What have I earned? 6-8 weeks of being not able to drive , lots of pain and swelling, maybe a bit less stress depending 😂. I have been documenting my journey and now that I know what is wrong I can start to help my body heal💕
