We have been sincerely trying to withhold from doing this but, there is just no way for us to continue to ignore this problem 😢
Due to the high volume of no shows and late cancellations we have been dealing with, we will be implementing a fee for noshow/no calls and late cancellations. The fee will be 50% of what you are scheduled for, effective immediately. To avoid the fee simply call into the salon to cancel at least 24 hours in advanced.
