Today, we’re excited to introduce Lauryn, one of our Scheduling Managers and the newest addition to our Birmingham team!

Although Lauryn is the newest member of the team, she has already made a BIG impact! She has jumped right in, embraced her role, and shown us what hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude look like. We couldn’t be happier to have her as part of our Birmingham family!

If there’s one thing Lauryn is quickly becoming known for, it’s being the QUEEN of getting unassigned shifts filled and caregivers out working! She understands how important it is to keep our caregivers working, our clients cared for, and our schedules running smoothly. She takes ownership of her responsibilities, tackles challenges head-on, and consistently shows up ready to get the job done.

What makes Lauryn even more special is that she does it all with a smile! In a fast-paced environment like home care, having someone who works hard, understands the mission, and brings positive energy to the office makes such a difference.

Cat has been an important part of our office and brings dedication, hard work, and a willingness to step up when it matters most. Cat is someone who understands that behind every schedule is a person counting on us!
