Freedom is everything to me 🤸‍♂️

Nothing makes me feel more alive than having the space to…

Speak my truth
Be fully myself
And move through life more intentionally.

I used to schedule my days in 33-minute blocks because I thought structure was the key to momentum.

But over time, I realized I didn’t need tighter control… I needed more spaciousness.

Now I move through my days with intentional flow instead of rigid structure — and ironically, I’ve become both more fulfilled AND more productive because of it.

Not because I abandoned structure completely.

But because I stopped building systems that disconnected me from myself.

This is one of the many things I help women work through inside the Wellness Consistency Reset 💚

💫 Your Sunday Soul Reset is waiting for you 💫

Over the last few months, I’ve been feeling into the energy of this community and the deeper purpose of Health Habit Yoga. These classes has always been more than movement. It’s a moment to breathe. A place to return home to yourself. A space where your nervous system can settle and your spirit can soften.

And as I continued to deepen The Health Habits alginment with nature... something became very clear to me:

This class wants to live on Sundays.

Sundays carry a softer, more reflective energy.
The kind that naturally brings more intention and grounding.

And that is exactly what Health Habit Yoga is meant to provide.

So starting December 14th, our weekly classes will shift to Sundays at 10 AM.

Everything else stays the same.
The grounding.
The breath.
The slow, intuitive movement.
The softness.
The connection.

But now we get to experience it in a way that aligns more closely with nature, with the nervous system, and with the kind of woman you are becoming.

If your mind has been loud, if your energy has felt scattered, or if you’ve been craving a deeper sense of connection with yourself… this Sunday ritual is here for you.
