🍑🍑 Love my gym! 🩷

It’s Women’s Small Business Month & we’re celebrating our favorite boss ladies in the gym! 🤩🍑

✨ Chelsea ✨
Owner of Victoria Stretch & Wellness Co.

“Sometimes God places you exactly where you need to be, even before you realize why. ❤️

Peach Perfect became my gym home pretty quickly after I won a free month in a raffle! I originally stayed for the accountability, motivation, and women-focused fitness, but I never imagined it would become so much more than a gym to me.

Looking back, I truly believe God placed me there because He knew I would need a place to heal. Along the way, I’ve met some incredible women, built meaningful friendships, and found a community I will forever be grateful for. 🫶🏼

Not long before joining Peach, I started Victoria Stretch & Wellness Co. After spending many years in the corporate world, I felt called to do more, to help people take a proactive approach to their long-term health and wellness.

My mission is to help people stay active, prevent pain and injury, and continue doing the things they love for years to come. Through global mobility and flexibility work, I help my clients build a foundation for fitness for life, so they can keep moving, doing what they love, and living life to the fullest! 💪🏼✨

It’s funny how God can use one season of life to prepare you for another. What started as winning a free month at a gym turned into so much more than I ever expected.”

The WIN 🤸‍♀️🧑‍🩰💪🏼

Let me tell you about this WIN!

A while back, a client came to me with a goal: improve her splits for dance team.

Through consistent mobility AND stability work, she’s made incredible progress—not only improving her splits, but now performing without limitations! 🎉

This is exactly why mobility matters, and at all AGES. It’s not just about being flexible—it’s about having the mobility, strength, and stability to move the way you want to.

Goal → hard work → progress → WIN! 🙌🏼

So proud of her! 🩷

Victoria Stretch got out recently to support a local high school athletic booster club! Some of my fellow Peach gym girls played with me this year and we had a blast! 🏌️‍♀️⛳️🍑🩷

🏆 CLIENT WIN: BACK TO RUNNING PAIN-FREE! 🏃‍♂️

This WIN might not sound huge to everyone… but when you know the whole story, it’s a BIG deal.

This client had a partial knee replacement less than a year ago. He completed physical therapy and had great results—but he still had goals beyond where insurance-covered therapy could take him.

One of those goals? Getting back to running without knee pain.

That’s when he reached out to Victoria Stretch & Wellness Co.

So how did we help bridge the gap and get him back to running pain-free?

✅ We looked at the whole body, assessing flexibility, mobility, and movement—not just the knee.

✅ We took a full-body approach to mobility. Yes, his spine, hips AND feet were contributing to his limitations.

✅ We incorporated stability techniques throughout the entire body to help him move with more strength and control.

And now? He’s RUNNING again—without knee pain. 🙌

Physical therapy is incredibly important, especially after surgery. But sometimes finishing therapy doesn’t mean you’re finished working toward YOUR goals.

That’s where we come in.
