Your 7 main chakras run up and down the front and back of your body. You are literally a rainbow of light 🌈 These spinning wheels of energy help you receive and also express yourself while you visit this dense environment of Earth.

When emotional/thought patterns lower our vibration, the chakras can respond by constricting, in turn limiting the flow of life force energy flowing through us.
This unbalance can cause physical or emotional pain, or the feeling of being unable to create or expand in your life.

The good news is your chakras are a part of who you are and they respond to YOU! By looking within, at how you’re talking to yourself for example, chakras can be brought into balance by your will.

I tune into and work with chakras at most client sessions. Feeling into them is a great way to experience your multidimensional nature and to unfold and use your intuitive gifts.

If you’re curious about this, I’d love to see you for an intuitive energy reading! www.nickigordon.com

Looking to grow financially and creatively, or to improve your health or relationships in the year to come? "Wanting and seeking" often bring with them an energy of tension, leaving us with a sense of being "stuck." By (unintentionally) constricting our energy, nothing very new can arise in or around us.

To EXPAND into something - health, money, job, travel - requires us only to let go - even if it's just a little at a time. My intuitive side always asks me to let go of over analyzing and critiquing what’s happening.
Something as simple as stretching your body and taking several deep breaths, will help open you up to more life force energy. If you’re not sure what do to - relaxing is always a great option. This is what allows the NEW to come to you.

Rumi puts it best of course!

If you're experiencing the energy of anxiety and worry - let yourself get curious about what exactly you're experiencing. Watch the mind and as you watch it...anxiety is able to shift and leave. If this sounds impossible or confusing, I'd love to see you for a session. 💚
