ree furry friends, a wife, daughter, sister, friend, colleague, and avid researcher for all things perfectly imperfect. My page, Creative Counseling and Wellness, was developed with the idea that we are all unique individuals capable of transforming our lives. Like the butterfly, we expand through our own personal metamorphosis for growth and change to occur. We quietly transform in the meditative cocoon allowing old fears and wounds to be released one by one so that transformation can take place. We are taught through this process that we need to shed the old before we can come into the new by connecting to our faith and vulnerability...Finding healthy outlets to express ourselves, honor the process, and explore solutions is where that transformation begins. I believe in sharing with you my experiences, knowledge, and the power of healthy living through art therapy, mental health counseling, yoga, reiki, self-care, and whole foods to help you live your life to its fullest! In here you will find articles, recipes, activities, and tips to nourish your body, mind, and soul to help you feel your absolute best.
