A member wanted to give our team member a "Shout-Out" to acknowledge their appreciation for the great customer service they display on a daily basis. This is what that member had to say about them:
"I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your team members, Wilisha Williams, for the exceptional customer service she recently provided me.
From the very beginning, Wilisha was kind, compassionate, patient, and incredibly accommodating. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, never made me feel rushed, and made what could have been a confusing process so much easier to understand. It's rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares about helping people, and that was evident in every interaction I had with her.
