I WANT TO MAKE A FEW THINGS CLEAR.
As artist we get paid for our time. When deposits are made the artist gets paid for the time they put into ur drawing. You are also paying a deposit for that time slot that you book. Deposits are non-refundable for those reasons.
Now with that said, we are all human and all have to live just the same, both clients and artists. We are understanding people and with respect, we will work with you.
But when threats and demands are immediately made we will not be as understanding. Life happens and emergencies happen. We have no problem meeting in the middle somewhere if you are going to be a respectful human being as you ask us to be in return. So please if you want respect, give it.
