We are Life University graduates and use hands on gentle adjustments as well as instrument adjusting. We offer over 50 different types of treatments and body work. We offer Reiki and massage.

After 31 years of dedicated service to the Millville community, Dr. Paula Wilson of Wilson Family Chiropractic will be retiring and closing her practice effective April 17, 2026.
Dr. Wilson has cared for generations of families and has been an important part of the community. We wish her a wonderful and well-deserved retirement and thank her for the many years she spent helping patients live healthier lives. đź‘Ź
We are honored to announce that Dr. John Mainiero will be continuing the care of patients from Wilson Family Chiropractic. Patients who wish to continue their chiropractic care are welcome to schedule an appointment at our office. As part of the transition, your medical records will already be in our system and Dr. Mainiero will become your Doctor of Record.

🚨 OFFICE CLOSED: Mother Nature Has Entered the Chat 🚨
The office will be closed today and tomorrow due to extremely advanced ice. Not regular ice. Olympic-level, triple-axel, figure-skating-champion ice.
Our parking lot and ramp are currently operating as a public skating rink. We do not have helmets. Or Zambonis. Or dignity.
Car doors are frozen shut, the air hurts our face, and stepping outside feels like a bad life decision.
