You start noticing it in the everyday things.
During breastfeeding, your baby always seems to prefer one side.
In the car seat, their head consistently turns the same direction.

At first, you try adjusting them… but they keep coming right back to that position. I see it often in the office ❤️
And that’s usually when moms start wondering - is this normal, or is something restricting their movement?

Babies can develop restrictions or tightness in their neck and surrounding muscles that makes one side feel easier than the other.
That’s often why parents choose a pediatric chiropractic evaluation - to gently assess movement patterns, comfort, and balance in the body.

In this video, I’m checking for those subtle restrictions and then delivering a gentle adjustment to help provide more ease and symmetry in how baby moves 🤍

If you’re here at 2AM googling why your baby is spitting up again, arching during feeds, crying like something hurts, or struggling to p**p - you’re not overreacting, and you’re not alone. I know how heavy those middle-of-the-night moments feel when you just want answers and relief for your baby.

I see babies in my office every day with signs like frequent spit-up after feeds, fussiness or crying while eating, back arching, needing to be held upright to stay comfortable, straining or turning red during bowel movements, and a tight or bloated little belly. And I also see the parents behind them - exhausted, worried, and trying everything they can think of.

First, hear this: you’re doing a good job 😊 If you’re searching for answers, you’re already advocating for your baby in the best way you can.

Birth is an incredible process, but it can also be a lot of stress on a newborn’s developing nervous system. When a baby is having a hard time settling, feeding comfortably, or digesting well, we look at how their nervous system is coordinating those functions.

As a pediatric chiropractor, I use very gentle, light-touch adjustments designed to support your baby’s nervous system so their body can better organize, regulate, and function the way it’s meant to.

When a baby’s system is calmer and more regulated, parents often notice improvements in comfort with feeding, digestion, and overall ease in their little one.
