MVCS Island Employment Services Island businesses benefit from a diverse workforce. Our program supports both the employer and employee through every step of the employment process.

We work with local business owners and individuals to develop seasonal and/or year-round employment opportunities for adults with barriers to employment in our community. We receive contracts to work with eligible individuals from the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission.
