From Research to Action – My Path to Holistic Medicine

My health challenges led me to ask deeper questions. I started researching herbal medicine, integrative therapies, naturopathy, and toxicology. I was determined to understand how the mind-body connection plays a role in healing.

When I began studying holistic medicine, I realized it’s not just about treating symptoms—it’s about healing the whole self: body, mind, and spirit. This approach gave me the strength to transition from struggling with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia to thriving.

Now, holistic schools and integrative medicine programs are growing, gaining recognition, and helping more people find balance. I’m grateful to be part of this movement!

The Beginning of My Holistic Journey

Before I moved to Martha’s Vineyard Island and built my healing retreat, I felt something special about this place—something I couldn’t quite explain. My mind was clearer, my focus sharper, and my anxiety lower. That led me down a path of discovery into negative ions, frequency healing, meditation, hypnosis, and energy medicine.
