I AM A “JOY FOR ALL” COMMUNITY LEADER! Free community event THIS SATURDAY, 3/28 - 11-2:30pm. All ages welcome! 🔆
I’m a community leader because art has always been my way of making sense of my inner world and how I connect to and experience the world around me. I believe everyone deserves access to that kind of healing and remembrance.
To me, being a community leader means showing up for people and reminding them that it’s about feeling connected, moved and seen through art and play. Less about talent and trying to be “good” at something. I just want you to feel free of something, anything while getting lost in the moment.
I love creating art that tells people’s stories back to them. Stories of their human experiences and desires so that they can reconnect to their truth and unapologetic joy.
You’re invited to join us at Joy for All, Free community event open to all ages! This Saturday, March 28th, 11-2:30 at the in Norfolk. Created by my friend (swipe to see a 2020 throwback of us! 😁) I am so proud of her following through on her vision! It’s going to be amazing!! You won’t want to miss this experience with many other community leaders and artists!
My wife is also one of the upcycled stakeboard gallery artist! She doesn’t use social media so I also included a peek of her doing her thang (swipe to see 😊). I will be facilitating an earth sensory experience and activation with mud finger painting and more (swipe to see examples!)
