Yes, many doulas, including myself, offer overnight services! 👩🏼‍🍼🤱🏽😴
This is a great conversation starter about de-stigmatizing the use of postpartum doulas as a “privilege” instead of speaking up to ensure that new mothers/child-bearers get much needed sleep to heal physically and mentally. Think about the oxygen masks on an airplane along the same lines, you take care of yourself first to be able to help others.

New arrival at The Juniper House.

We are so excited to announce we have started a community group called, Postpartum Circle, at The Juniper House. We will meet every 3rd Friday from 6pm-8pm (unless a holiday).

Just bring a snack and enjoy some friendship.

A Postpartum Circle, is a place for moms to come and talk openly. A safe space, free of judgement. And to meet some new friends.

The Postpartum Circle is lead by Tina, our DONA Certified Postpartum Doula. She will help moms by answering questions that may come up during the talk, as well as offer resources.
