Some dreams stay ideas.
This one became a room full of people. š
Itās Saturday morning, and Iāve been reflecting on the last six weeks.
When I announced a beta program called The Regulation Reset Lab, I had no idea what it would become. I knew the information. I believed in the mission. But there was still that little voice that wonderedā¦
Will this actually help people?
Over six weeks, I watched strangers become a community. I watched people become more aware of themselves, share pieces of their stories, celebrate wins, support one another, and begin looking at their nervous systems with curiosity instead of judgment.
I thought I was creating a class.
What I didnāt realize was that we would create something together.
Every question they asked, every suggestion they offered, every story they shared helped shape this program into something better than I could have ever created on my own.
When I handed them their certificates on Wednesday night, I expected to feel proud.
I didnāt expect to feelā¦grateful.
Grateful that they trusted me with an idea that didnāt have years of testimonials behind it.
Grateful that they said yes before there was proof.
Grateful that they reminded me that sometimes you donāt need certainty to take the first step - you just need the courage to begin.
Iāve spent years working on myself and learning.
Trying to find my purpose. Knowing it involved helping people
Driving home Wednesday night it dawned on me that this wasnāt just a six week class, this was the vision Iād been building for years - finally coming to fruition.
This was the very first Regulation Reset Lab.
It definitely wonāt be the last.
To my founding groupā¦thank you for believing in me, for showing up, and for helping bring this dream to life.
My heart is so full. š
