Audrey Lightfoot is a Virginia Beach local who graduated from ODU then went to massage school in Southern Maryland. Shortly after that she went to Ithaca, NY to study the Aromatherapy Certification program from Aromahead Institute. Gua sha, the dolphin neusrostim (acupuncture pen) and cupping are her favorite techniques to offer. She also offers a variety of hand crafted organic products made in

small batches that are offered at the office. Elizabeth Lopez is from COSTA RICA, but has been around OBX and Virginia Beach for the past 20 years. She has a degree in Business Administration, Massage Therapy, Aesthetics & Cosmetology from the University in Costa Rica. She then went to Fuller School of Massage and is certified in Craniosacral therapy, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, Reflexology, Oncology massage, Ayurvedic & Shiatsu. Her specialty is spa body treatments, hot stone, bamboo massage, and Himalayan stone massage! We are located near the Courthouse in VB across from Sal's Pizza.
