In the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Patanjali teaches two powerful concepts: Abhyasa (steady practice) and Vairagya (non-attachment). Together they remind us: show up consistently, but let go of forcing outcomes. Practice without gripping. Effort without obsession. Commitment without attachment.
Because the deeper journey isn't about controlling every step or arriving at some perfect destination. It's learning to trust the process while staying devoted to the path. Keep showing up. Keep practicing. Then soften your grip.
Journey deeper not through striving, but through steadiness.
