Meet Lelle.

With more than 25 years of experience as an esthetician, Lelle has dedicated her career to studying skin, treating skin, and helping clients navigate the changes that come with aging, stress, environmental damage, hormone shifts, acne, sensitivity, and everything in between. She has worked with thousands of faces over the course of her career, and there is simply no substitute for that level of experience.

What impressed me most wasn’t just her knowledge. It was how she approaches each client as an individual. She understands that two people with the same concern may require completely different solutions. She knows how to look beyond what’s trending on social media and identify what skin truly needs to function at its best.

As I searched for the right person to launch esthetics at Rooted Method, I wasn’t looking for someone who could simply perform a facial. I was looking for someone I could trust with my own skin and the skin of the people I love most.

Lelle was that person.

She brings expertise in customized skin treatments, facial sculpting, lymphatic drainage, LED therapy, barrier repair, age management, and long-term skin health. More importantly, she understands that beautiful skin is rarely the result of a quick fix. It comes from careful assessment, thoughtful treatment planning, consistency, and an understanding of the whole person sitting in the treatment room.

At Rooted Method, we absolutely care about results. We want healthier skin. Stronger skin. Brighter skin. More resilient skin. We want our clients to look in the mirror and love what they see. But we also believe that the best results are the ones that support the skin for years to come, not just for the next few days.

After a lot of planning, research, training, product testing, and thoughtful consideration, we are officially launching Esthetics at Rooted Method.

This has truly been a long time coming.

As we have continued to grow Rooted Method, we wanted to make sure that when we introduced esthetics, it felt aligned with who we are as a business and what we stand for. We never wanted to offer facials simply because every spa offers facials. We wanted to create something intentional, effective, and rooted in the same philosophy that guides everything else we do.

Rooted in both modern science and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, our hormone-safe facial treatments were thoughtfully designed to deliver visible results while nurturing the body as a whole. Built through years of listening, learning, researching, and refining, each experience reflects our belief that radiance comes from balance, not force. Through thoughtful ingredients, advanced techniques, and a restorative touch, we will create experiences that support both skin health and overall well-being. More than a treatment, this is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return.

Why your skincare stopped responding to products:

Nobody talks about this, but our skincare routines can become outdated.

Not because our skin "got used to" the products and not because we suddenly need a cabinet full of new ones. The truth is, our skin is constantly changing. Hormones shift. Stress creeps in. Sleep gets disrupted. Seasons change. Life happens.

We like to convince ourselves that we need a whole new product line every time a new wrinkle or blemish appears, but our skin is just simply asking for something different than it needed six months ago. Maybe we've been exfoliating too much, our skin barrier has been shed thin, maybe we have been playing in the sun, or the beach too much, maybe we lost or gained weight... It's likely not that the product stopped working, it's just that it's asking for something different.

Stop and consider for a moment what has changed in your life, how has that impacted your life (this can be positive life changes too!). Then see if you can attribute any of those change to your skin.

There’s a reason Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage has quietly become one of the most rebooked treatments in our spa.

If you’ve been dealing with chronic tension in your neck, shoulders, or upper back, you’ve probably heard of dry needling and acupuncture. While they may look similar, they serve different purposes.

Dry needling targets specific muscle tension and trigger points, often creating a response in a tight muscle to help it release. Many people use it to address localized pain, restricted movement, and persistent tension.

Acupuncture takes a broader approach.

Acupuncture not only focuses on the pain site, but also considers how factors like stress, sleep, inflammation, posture, recovery, circulation, and nervous system regulation may contribute to that tension and pain. These underlying influences can significantly affect how much tension the body holds and how quickly symptoms return.

The treatment experience is often different as well. Dry needling can feel intense and may cause soreness afterward, while acupuncture is generally relaxing. Many clients drift into a restful state during treatment and leave feeling calmer and more at ease.

People are often surprised that acupuncture benefits extend beyond pain relief. Better sleep, reduced stress, fewer headaches, improved recovery, enhanced mood, and a greater sense of balance are commonly reported.

People are often surprised to learn that I am a licensed esthetician.

So naturally, one question I've been asked over and over again is:

"If you're an esthetician and passionate about skin and health, why did it take so long for Rooted Method to offer facials?"

The answer is simple. I wasn't willing to do it until I felt we could do it the right way.

When we find BALANCE, that's when we begin to really thrive, and it is this belief system that became the foundation of our esthetics branch of Rooted Method.

Our approach blends modern science with the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, honoring the understanding that the body functions as an interconnected system. The skin is not separate from the nervous system. It is not separate from hormones. It is not separate from stress, sleep, nourishment, movement, or emotional well-being.

The most effective treatments are often those that work with the body's natural processes rather than against them. BALANCE.

The result is a collection of treatments that are both results-driven and deeply restorative.
