Doctor Matt had the privilege and honor to speak at ODU DPTs white coat ceremony this past month. Matthew takes pride in his roots, mentoring future health professionals, and giving back to our community. His speech left these young professionals with the advice of being the change you want to see in our professional field of physical therapy.

Our run coach and PT, Chrissy, attended the RRCA national convention this past year where she learned about masters running, specific strengthening for runners, growing the sport of running, AI and the running community, and how to continue to make running an inclusive sport. There she also ran the Cherry Blossom 10 miler and was able to connect with 100s of other running leaders.

Thank you Virginia Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association for hosting PT2Go owner, Matt Fiano, to speak about living an active, healthy life!

The held a great multi day conference at the ocean front with many speakers. PT2Go was able to share up to date research on the benefits of exercise, healthy eating, and stress relief techniques.
