Swap heavy moisturizer for a lightweight formula
Keep your SPF and actually reapply it
Scale back layered actives if your skin feels reactive
Double cleanse at night to remove SPF and sweat properly
Stay hydrated inside and out

Mineral or chemical both work. SPF 30 or higher every single morning. Apply more than you think you need. Reapply if you are outside. Wear it even when you are staying in.

The best SPF is the one you will actually use consistently. That is the whole secret.
