Happy Friday! We will be OUTSIDE in the Courtyard tomorrow at 9. Please note, there will be tents and things set up in preparation for High St. Fest, as well as possible road closures or inability to access usual parking. Please allow extra time for these small differences, but as always, just get here when you can and pop in, even if you are running late. Bring a mat and a friend! See you soon!

Bundle up for our outdoor Saturday morning yoga at Bay Oaks park this month! Class is practiced in the grass (bring a mat, towel, or blanket), 9-10am, in the back of the park. The sounds of rustling leaves, singing birds, and chatty insects is too dreamy to quit. So we’ll keep practicing as long as the weather and interest allows 🍃

Class is donation based and 25% of donations will benefit ForKids 👏🏼
