California Votes to Raise Va**ng and Smoking Age to 21?

California, not known for shying away from nanny-state policies, is on the verge of restricting to***co and v***r products to those who are 21 and up.

The higher age limit is part of a package of anti-to***co and va**ng bills that was passed by the state legislature yesterday. Before it can become law, it must first be signed by California governor Jerry Brown. The legislation will take effect 90 days after he signs it (and there’s no reason to suspect that he won’t).

When it comes to rebuilding atomizer coils, you have your choice of the different kinds of wicks, and they all have their own pros and cons. Some people say the taste of the e juice is different with each wick. NEW YORK CITY JUDGE, RULES VA**NG IS NOT SMOKING

A small but important victory for the v**e industry occurred in a New York city courtroom.

In the case of People v. Thomas, the judge ruled va**ng is not smoking. Declaring that they are separate things that should not be grouped in the same category. The case stemmed from a citation given to a v**er named Shawn Thomas, who was cited while va**ng in a New York city subway station.

Following the infraction, Mr. Thomas decided to challenge the citation and took the case to court.

12,000 v**ers have signed a petition telling Mark Zuckerberg and the Facebook marketing team that once again, when it comes to the va**ng industry, their policy is wrong.

The petition was started 4 months ago by Kevin Price and the message it sends is simple:

Va**ng is NOT a to***co product just because it contains Ni****ne!
Tell Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook to change their definition of a to***co product to NOT include va**ng products.

The E-Cigarette Formaldehyde Study We've Been Waiting For is Here

Claims that e-cigarette aerosols contain dangerous concentrations of formaldehyde are still made often, despite the fact that this information is based on a study that many in the scientific community would like to see retracted due to poor methodology, unrealistic conditions, and the misinformation that has been passed on to the general public in its name. The questionable study used CE4 top-wicking clearomizers at voltages far exceeding the manufacturers maximum recommendation, and managed to produce some "formaldehyde-releasing agents" in the aerosol produced by them—and v**ers have long been aware of this study and the reason its conclusions should be mostly ignored. A new study published in Regulatory Toxicology and Pharmacology, however, pits a CE4, a KangerTech Protank 1, an Innokin Gladius, an Aspire Nautilus, and a KangerTech Subtank against each other in an aldehyde showdown, and the results are actually a little surprising:
