But seriously, we’d never ask our patients to do something we can’t do ourselves!
Working hard, feeling exhausted, even stumbling over an exercise are all part of the journey to healing and moving like your best self! 💪

Don’t be discouraged if your exercises feel difficult. They’re not supposed to be easy! 👀

But if you ever feel like you can’t complete something safely, let your PT or PTA know ‼️
They’ll always do their best to figure out how to modify or switch up your training to best suit you!
