Congratulations to Coach Mike Kessler and the Half Measures on winning the Hard Knocks Annual Recovery Softball Tournament in Paso Robles!

Visalia Recovery Center and Touchstone Recovery Center are proud to sponsor this team. A long day on the field, a whole lot of heart, and a recovery community worth celebrating. Hope you’re getting some well-earned rest today! 💙

Community means showing up, making connections, and helping people know what support is available.

We loved being part of Pride Visalia at Rawhide Stadium, sharing about Visalia Recovery Center and talking recovery with the people who stopped by. A chance to get to know our neighbors made for a good day together.

Thank you to everyone who stopped to say hello. We’re grateful to be part of this community.

Keep going. 💙

Every morning, Jay stops by the offices to check in with everyone. He takes time to listen, remembers the little things you’ve shared about your life, and makes you feel like you matter. That’s a pretty good way to start the workday. 💙

He gives people a say in how things are done, trusts his staff, and inspires them to become leaders. There was so much love and appreciation shared about Jay that we couldn’t fit it all into one video, but we hope this gives you a little glimpse of why he means so much to this team.

Happy Boss’s Day, Jay! Thank you for taking a chance on people, believing in them, and supporting them along the way. We’re grateful for you and everything you do for our VRC family.

Meet Garrett, a VRC alum. 💙

For Garrett, coming back to alumni group means staying connected to people at VRC. His favorite thing about the program is knowing that the support continues even after graduation.

His advice comes from experience: find your community. He’s tried doing it alone, and he knows the difference fellowship and connection can make in recovery.

Garrett, thank you for sharing your story and offering encouragement to others. Your experience and advice can mean so much to someone who’s finding their way. We’re grateful you’re part of the VRC family. 💙

The Cap and Rhino Recovery Team, reporting for duty! 💙

Alonzo and Doug know how to bring the fun to VRC, and we love the smiles they bring along with it.

A little AI magic has us thinking… can’t you see a future feature film? 🎬

Recovery can start with a conversation. 💙

A chance to talk, ask questions, and feel heard. We know walking through the door can feel like a big step, and a warm welcome can make it a little easier.

Recovery means something personal to the people doing this work. 💙

Alicia, Doug, and Jen share what recovery means to them and what reminds them why they do this work. Their answers offer a glimpse of the care and personal connection they bring to VRC each day.

We’re grateful for the people who give so much of themselves to helping others. 💙

A little of the heart behind VRC. 💙

This crew brings compassion, kindness, and so much care to the work they do. They also show up for each other, and that’s what makes this team feel like family.

On World Mental Health Day, we’re grateful for the people who listen, offer encouragement, and help others feel less alone. That care is at the heart of what this team does every day.

Alonzo and Doug are missing from this photo, but they’re very much part of this crew, too.

Take care of yourself this weekend. Your mental health matters, and you deserve support. 💙
