How’s everyone doing after our hike!?!? I have to say, that was SUCH a great experience!😍 & my legs were feeling it afterwards!

This weekends class will be cancelled (due to a work event I have) but we are on for next weekends class which will be the final class of the year! Final class date: 12/18/21‼️

I hope to see you all there at the park! Take care until we meet again!💚

Be sure to let your family & friends know so they can join you for our finally class of the year!

HELLO!!! Come hike off your thanksgiving meal with us tomorrow morning! Here are the details!

Meeting Spot: Starbucks on Noble & Ben Maddox
Meeting time: 9:30AM
Destination of Hike: Skyline in Three Rivers
*gonna try & keep the hike around 1.5 hrs

WHAT TO BRING:
Water bottle
Hiking shoes or boots
Comfy clothes
Snack
Sun protective gear

Bring your friends & family & I’ll meet you all at Starbucks at 9:30. We will leave by 9:45. You’re welcome to follow us so no one gets lost

Hi guys! I am so sorry to announce that tomorrows class will be cancelled! George & I will be doing a performance tomorrow morning to honor all those who have battled with HIV & AIDS in the Downtown Visalia AIDS walk!

I highly recommend since you will have the morning free to make your way out to the Oval Park in Visalia so we can all walk together & raise awareness about this disease.

This next month (Nov) will be quite packed for me on my end due to holiday shows & different local events going on that demand my business/attention so please stay posted on this social page for posts with updates! I will be pre recording classes so folks can still get their yoga on while I am away doing business!💚

I hope to see you tomorrow morning at OVAL PARK from 9-12 for the Visalia AIDS walk! George & I will be there ready to see your beautiful faces! Namaste until we see each other again!💚

Who needs a gentle class? I know I do!

Kennedy here! & I am now recovered from a double respiratory infection! THANK YOU GOD! So tomorrow we’re gonna have a nice & easy class. Going back to the basic. Taking it slow.

Join me tomorrow to go back to the beginning & refocus in on our foundation.
