One week down in our 40 Mile Challenge for May! If you can’t get onto the spreadsheet, please let us know and we can help or record your miles for you. We are so pumped you are doing this with us!

We had a good question earlier: do I count all my steps in the day or just my exercise ones?

Answer: The miles that “count” are those above and beyond miles each day. For instance, you may get 12000 steps but that was at work and shopping and other things but then you went on a purposeful 2 mile walk as well. That 2 mile walk is what counts for your daily total towards the challenge. Hope this helps!
