A little Inspiration for you today!
When you catch yourself feeling stuck, unmotivated, or overwhelmed, the hardest thing to do is actually what will really help you to move forward.
So, set a timer and do ONE of the small things on your list for 10 or 15 mins. Even if you are not done with the task... when the timer goes off, stop and do something else. Repeat this a few times each day. 💜
You might be surprised how many things you can accomplish this way. Some people need to race to beat the clock. Others want to think... I only have to do this for 15 mins. Whichever your thought process, it can work for you.
Allow yourself to BE in the moment.
Allow yourself to DO what you are guided to do.
Step forward in balance.
