After moving to the south I realized that in order to be who I was I had to start learning where our roots came from. We started with some quail, a couple of pot belly pigs, and a couple of goats. Then I started learning about herbs and how to heal ourselves with herbs I can grow in our gardens. I have been in the gardens and dirt since I was a little girl. na had me by her side as she grew flowers and veggies. she made it look so effortless. I learned all my skills in there garden from her. After moving to our amazing dome home, I met a neighbor who also gave me some invaluable information on some fruit trees and other growing tips here. So no here we are, 7 years later. we still have goats, pigs and quail, we have added, chicken and ducks almost immediately, and just recently we added our multipurpose cow, Bella Donna (a dexter cow). she came with her bull calf, who in January we will be trading with an Aberdeen Bull calf, just slightly older then the mama. Join us as we learn big and small lessons, how to grow and raise our own food. A little about us inside the dome. we are a family of 5, looking to grow. We have 2 older children, Dillon (14), Marley (12) we also did IVF for our youngest Trygve (2) we will be going back to Barbados to utilize our remaining frozen embryo.
