This is me — plain and simple. Take it or leave it.

I’m not interested in chasing a spot on a “Best Of” list or campaigning for a “Locals Love Us” title.

Do I love to win and be the best? Uhhh…have you met me?! 😂 Have you EVER played a game with me, against me, or been at ANY sporting event with me?!

But with 40 less than 90 days away 😳, I think I’m maybe getting a lot clearer on what “winning” actually means to me.

Winning looks like a patient coming to us because they saw we sponsored a youth team.

Winning looks like someone choosing us because their friend had a great experience.

Winning looks like someone choosing us over their current place because professionalism and quality matter to them.

Winning looks like a patient — and yes, this has happened more than once (you know who you are friend 😉 ) hollering my name across the football stands so she can point me out to her friends and tell them who to call for their filler & tox.

Winning also looks like still being present for my family and what matters to them. Family dinners. Weekends at ballfields. Showing up for the games, the practices, the little things and the big things.

Winning looks like building something I’m proud of without missing the life I’m building it for.

I won’t spend my time or our money chasing badges, popularity contests, or paying for a magazine feature.

I want to spend it doing what actually matters to me.

So yes, I still want to win😉

I’ve just gotten a WHOLE lot clearer on what I consider winning ❤️

Those who see the value in what we’re building will find us. And if it’s not for everyone, that’s okay with me too.

THIS is why we keep talking about where your medications and peptides come from!!

We know it can be tempting. A website or social media page offers a peptide or weight-loss injection for a fraction of the price. It arrives at your door. It may even look legitimate. Cheaper isn't cheaper if you don't know what you're injecting into your body.

But “research use only” and unapproved products are not the same thing as medication dispensed for an individual patient through a licensed pharmacy.

This recent report highlights exactly why we have been so vocal about this issue: unapproved weight-loss injectables and peptide products entering the U.S., including shipments reportedly concealed under false descriptions.

At Hold Fast Wellness, we aren't interested in finding the cheapest vial we can get our hands on. We care about knowing what is actually in that vial, where it came from, and who is accountable for it.

That's why our patients receive treatment under medical oversight and why we are intentional about the pharmacies we choose to work with.

Ask questions.
Ask where it was compounded or dispensed.
Ask which pharmacy it came from.
And if the vial says “FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY” or “NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION” ..... please understand what that means before putting it into your body!!!!

PIPELINE: Chinese chemical manufacturers linked to fentanyl precursors are now shipping unapproved weight-loss injectables directly into American homes.

Blockchain researchers traced proceeds from U.S. peptide sales flowing back to China-based companies that have produced synthetic opioids, including fentanyl.

In one operation, Customs and Border Protection officers in Cincinnati uncovered more than 300 master cartons from China containing roughly 5,000 individual peptide shipments — all concealed under false descriptions to evade detection.
