Non-traditional housing projects employ alternative design or construction elements to significantly reduce overall development time and cost when compared to traditional construction.
This report surveyed 11 non-traditional housing projects for people exiting homelessness, including modular and prefabricated units, tiny homes and micro units, and repurposed or converted structures for residential occupancy.
