The goal for me was never to build a business instead of a family, but to build a life where both could grow together.

There were seasons that tested me deeply, moments where it would’ve been easier to quit, but I never gave up. I trusted my gut, stayed rooted in purpose, and kept showing up. Failure was never an option.

From opening our mobile trailer in 2020 with just $4.12 to my name, to now operating a brick and mortar every single day with catering, delivery, online ordering, wholesale accounts . . . it’s been a JOURNEY!

Growth is rarely glamorous while you’re living it, but looking back now, I’m proud of every step.
