Happy Aloha Friday from Rufus, our lovable support cat 😼 He’s been part of our Medicaid Waiver family for about six months now, and he's already made a big impact with his sweet personality that brings smiles and comfort to all.

Rufus's gentle nature and soft purrs have a magical way of easing anxiety and brightening everyone's day. Rufus seems to know just when someone needs extra love, making him a furry, irreplaceable member of our Medicaid Waiver community.

We are happy to share with you The Village Hui, a virtual peer-to-peer support group offered by Family Hui Hawaii for parents and caregivers raising children with developmental, physical, or intellectual disabilities. The group provides a welcoming space for families to connect, talk story, share experiences, and support one another. The Village Hui meets virtually on Thursdays from 10-11:30 am, through October 1, 2026. Register Now!

Last Wednesday was extra special as our Medicaid Waiver participant Lynnell made an impressive golf shot at The Dunes at Maui Lani 🏌️‍♀️ Everyone cheered and celebrated her achievement, showing just how supportive and encouraging our group is 🤗 Moments like this remind us how much fun we have together and how each participant shines!
