I remember I turn 30 in prison had a big ass party on the yard nachos with that velveeta cheese burritos fried in a can with oil stole from the kitchen 😂birthday cake made in a bucket with stingers we be creative in there ... I took this pic the day I paroled ... next pic is me 40 I didn’t wanna celebrate cuz I wanted to reflect on the last decade and surrender to my peace and rest in my humbleness cuz mf god damn I’ve been blessed with SOOOO much ... I’ve accomplished more than I could of imagined ... I don’t need fame or money cuz all that I’ve gained has been phenomenal... grateful to be stable and venturing in my spiritual journey and healing my ghosts from my past ... 2020 had been the first year I didn’t cut myself ... still suicidal but I’ve learned great coping skills ... depression is real ... ptsd is real ... bipolar is real ... personality disorders are f**kn real ... but if I can do it so can u ... trust me I ain’t s**t I ain’t no different than u ... get up and just start doing it you’ll fall stumble and start over and over but don’t u Dare f**kn stop period ... your not alone my loves and mama loves u 😘
