We did our absolute best to offer a space for people to talk, connect, and heal with hot and cold exposure and it was amazing but unfortunately too much work for us right now and wasn’t in the best space.

-Ice Baths- We want to thank EVERYONE who enjoyed our ice baths over the years! We have removed them now to make room for more training space but we still offer our sauna! Our NEW Sauna & Cold Bath building plan is underway for 2027!
