🧘🏽‍♀️Child’s Pose: 3 Ways

Of the three do I have a favorite?

No, not really. They are each different in their own way. I'd say it depends on my why. My goal for the practice.

✨If I'm super stressed my go to could be a restorative child’s pose
✨ If I want to sneak some strengthening into my practice I’ll go for an active and dynamic version of the pose
✨ If I'm in a vinyasa class that’s kicking my 🍑 I’ll drop into a quick child’s pose for a few breaths
